This year marks the beginning of what the organisers hope
will be an annual event:
THE
HOMEDALE VILLAGE JAZZ FESTIVAL
This first festival will take place on
Saturday 22nd September at the Wainuiomata Primary
School Hall, and
Sunday 23rd September at the Wainuiomata RSA.
The Festival will include concerts and a jazz youth band contest.
Featured artists include New Zealand School of Music pianist and singer
Kirsten
MacKenzie,
Swing Reverie, and other top class acts.
